We will be progressively removing the state-specific SAS-formatted files of older QWI releases on compute nodes of the SSG. The CSV files remain available. The most recent two releases will also remain available.
We are synchronizing our download servers with the most recent QWIPU data for all participating LED states; files should soon be available for download. The release R2011Q4 covers data through 2011:1, for 49 states. New Hampshire is a first time addition. [More »]
Given last year’s addition of two additional QWI tabulation types (by age and education, and by race and ethnicity), the average size of a single release of QWI tabulations has increased from around 100GB to over 300GB. As a consequence, we have reduced the window of previous releases that we keep available on our download servers, and we will be transitioning from GZIP to a stronger compression algorithm (BZIP2). As of 2011-12-13, 21:30 (9:30PM) EST, we are experiencing problems with NX logins. We are working on a solution. In the meantime, you can continue to login via SSH. We will update this website as soon as we have implemented a solution. The problem is NOT affecting the Synthetic Data Server (SDS).
Update: Fixed at 22:53. You can login via NX again (you should not have lost any running sessions)
